I first met the team of Tracy and Kathryn when my “dream home” was listed, and I had my first viewing. I found them professional, courteous, and welcoming. Their Open Home presentation was excellent, with features of the home highlighted. They willingly arranged suitable viewing times outside of the Open Homes, explained the multiple offer process clearly and fairly, and provided informed support throughout a challenging week, when there was a great deal of interest in this property.

Tracey had an excellent working relationship with her colleague which allowed them to support us the vendors, in the best possible way. She was informative and made sure we understood what our responsibilities were, guided us along the sales process and was able to make suggestions that made sure we got the most out of the process.

As one half of the team, Tracy was just great. Her and Kathryn are a very effective and professional team. From the first day when we met to hear their proposal for selling our home, we were impressed by the thoroughness and advice we received. They recommended a realistic start price to promote interest, had an effective marketing strategy and provided sound advice and tips on things to make the house more appealing to prospective buyers.
