Tracey who has been in realestate for 30 0dd years is intelligent,wise.great clarity in helping you with anything you need to know that you might be unsure of. Tracey knows her job 100% anything we were un sure of she helped us threw it with honesty and a compassion which you don't see a lot of anymore. It was very obvious to us she was working for us the sellers which is what you want and that can be very rare these days and I would recommend Tracey shaw to all my friends and anyone else who 2as looking for an agent. Her communication with phone calls and messages kept us up to date with everything that was happening was frequent and we feel communication is just as important as it keeps you knowing what's happening otherwise you are always wondering but don't want to ring all the time as their busy and you feel like your annoying them but that certainly wasn't the case with Tracey. Tracey made it very comfortable when meeting the client who brought our home and we all felt like we had known each other forever. Her open homes were always on time and she made sure she left the premises as she found it with everything turned off and locked up nothing forgotten.
