Smooth sailing!

We appreciated the friendly and relaxed natural manner that Tracey and Derek displayed during the selling process. It was far different to some of the experiences we have had in the past. They avoid getting vendors hopes up too high; in fact if anything they are super cautious with suggested pricing. The advertising was superb - they seemed to truly appreciate the properties assets. A sale after two open homes was the result.
