Excellent!

Tracey (and her team) were outstanding in all aspects of the sale. As first home buyers, we really had very little idea about what we were doing, but the whole way through, with every step, they explained what was happening, how it all worked and what we needed to do. That was the same for the auction. Their tips on how and when to bid were superb and it all played out exactly as we were told it would. It was also incredibly helpful and calming to meet with Tracey and Camp (the auctioneer) the morning before the auction, where they ran through how the whole thing works. They never once took advantage of the fact we were such amateurs, in fact it was the complete opposite - they really assisted us a lot and we got the result we wanted. Couldn’t recommend Tracey and her team enough!
