They were warm, professional, and consistently clear in their approach. They went above and beyond to support an early settlement, including stepping in to help remove furnishings the new owner did not want. Although our relationship was purely professional, we will miss them.

Tracey and Mallory had excellent local market knowledge, it was very helpful that they're both local to the area and so they know a lot about both the area and also the type of property (especially as I was new to both). They were able to give some helpful tips and hints drawn from their market knowledge, which I appreciated. They were very accommodating, working in with each other to enable me to make three detailed visits to the property, with various family and friends in tow, as separate visits for a registered valuation and building report to satisfy the bank. We had excellent lines of communication throughout (phone, text and email) and both Tracey and Mallory were always highly professional but also friendly and relaxed at the same time - there was definitely no high pressure selling! As I commented to them, dealing with "rural" agents was very different - and so much better - compared to dealing with "city" agents as I have in the past and had been this year before switching my sights to a lifestyle property. It was almost like they were friends of the vendors just introducing me to them and their amazing property - more than a sales transaction. It's how every property sale and purchase should be! If I ever sell one day, I wouldn't hesitate to engage Tracey and Mallory for the sale. I'd be crazy not to.
