Responsive and proactive

Tracey was wonderful to work with. Her response time was immediate, and she made herself available for our many questions. Buying a house is a big deal and we weren't familiar with the ins-and-outs of it all. She talked us through the process and was proactive in checking with where we were up to with parts of the process (and was patient!) We recommend Tracey and would happily work with her in the future!
