Tracy got the job done. We understood the market was changing, however we got our first offer after 2 months and felt pressured to take it even though Tracy knew it was well below our bottom line. We felt like she had taken advantage of us as we are a young couple and we didn't feel like she was on our side. Upon finalising the process we found there were admin fees that we weren't verbally made aware of as first time sellers. Right at the beginning of the process we paid for the advertising package and specifically ask if there were any other fees and she said no. Obviously we are unhappy with this and felt like she had been dishonest. We hope she treats other young couples differently and guides them through the process properly as she should be working for the seller. We will be publishing a google review so future sellers can be prepared.
