We had purchased our next home shortly after listing with Tracey, subject to the sale of our house, meaning she had a lot of pressure to sell our house by a deadline in order for us to secure our next move. Tracey was extremely driven to help us achieve this and she worked hard and got us the sale in time for us to land our next family home that we’d fallen in love with. She was extremely supportive and positive throughout the process and gave us faith that it would all work out as we hoped, and she delivered on her word! Further to this, our purchase was via a private sale, and as our selling agent she went above and beyond her scope to help us out with our purchase when we were feeling a bit lost without a selling agent on the other side.
