Ask anyone who knows me I hate real estate people ,well not the people in general there Organisation itself . Excessive fees ,don't actually put anything in to help the sale blah blah blah. I had spoken to several agents prior to selling my House and none listen to what we were offering yeh other house had sold cheaper in the area but ours was unique and we could find nothing similar in Rotorua for what we were asking for in price. Tracey was 100% the opposite listen to none of that jargon and she also realized we had a special property for a new family to sell . she actually Listen to me wow she's not feeding me crap down the phone. Tracey came up with the concept and got the job done keeping in touch was like talking to a friend not someone trying to empty you bank account . Tracey came recommended to me and I would certainly recommend her if you want a fair honest person to sell your house and get you the results without ripping you undies the Traceys your girl .
