Worked well - simple and straightforward process. Missed communications sometimes (i.e. when booked in visits were cancelled, we weren't told at times) but nothing critical!

Tracey was very helpful from day 1 from when we went from Open home to offer to going unconditional she provided us with all the right information about the property and we found nothing that wasn't mentioned, during our conditional period she would touch base with me and see how the process was going and if she could help in any way really easy to deal with and set up appointments and other odd things that were required

Working with Tracey was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She is incredibly friendly and brings a fantastic level of energy to the process that makes everything feel much more manageable . As a communicator, she was always available to answer my questions (even dumb ones) and consistently keeping me updated at every step. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and her accommodating nature ensured that the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. I couldn't have asked for a more dedicated or positive person to handle my sale!
