Tracey was originally my property manager before my house was recently sold. Lucky for me, Tracy was on the ball+++ with both parts of my journey. I was continually impressed with her local market knowledge for the rental and house selling. She has excellent local knowledge for the coast and is in touch with Thames and the wider area too. She quickly found great tenants, kept me regularly updated, organised any maintainence which was always completed by professionals. Tracey very quickly found a buyer when I was ready to sell. Both instances were stressless due her efficiency. She was always available when I contacted her and quickly returned my emails as I live out of town. I found her very friendly and approachable with sincere honesty. She was always prepared to go the extra mile to assist in any way she could, advise or research solutions. I could always depend on Tracey.

Tracey understood our property and the potential aspects of it. Her knowledge of the area is excellent and she spent a good deal of time both walking and discussing the property with potential buyers. She was professional in her approach at all times and was understanding of requirements and goals. This was 29ha property with house with amazing views of the Firth of Thames and beyond. She has an excellent knowledge of the Thames area and what it has to offer. We would highly recommend her to any seller and/or buyer. She even went the extra mile and helped us with last minute shifting of our possessions.

Tracey was very easy to deal with. Was flexible with viewings and kept us up to date. Good communication and a friendly down to earth agent. Would recommend Tracey as an agent for both buyers and sellers.
