Our family was needing to sell our parents' home, after they had both passed away. Obviously, this was a difficult undertaking for us all, but Tonya made the whole process so much easier. She showed empathy and caring, while still showing complete professionalism. It ended up being a somewhat complicated business, as dealing with five different individuals can only be, but she kept continual contact with us regarding any and all interest shown in the property, in a very timely manner.
