In our experience Tony & Nicole had very good market knowledge. They were organised, friendly, respectful & always professional. When we met face to face they were very good at explaining each stage, everything that was required & what we could expect. At times we had to follow up with them so in our view communication could have been a little better. However overall we were very happy with how the sale of our property went & the result achieved.
