We worked with Tony on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. From the start we felt comfortable and welcome. Tony remembered our names from the moment we met him. He was true to his work and made everything very easy and streamlined. I would not hesitate to work with Tony again, it has been a pleasure.
We recently dealt with Tony when purchasing our new property. Our experience with Tony was that he was patient with our numerous visits to the property prior to purchasing as well as being professional and quite clearly having a good grasp of the local market. We would not hesitate to deal with Tony again in the future.
Tony de Leeuw kept up to date with housing market since 2019. He was never pushy in getting the listing, like some other agents that I had dealt with back in 2019. Went over and above what was required. And explained the process of his marketing strategy in a down to earth manner that I could understand. I found Tony to be extremely knowledgeable and took the stress out of selling such a large asset especially as I was relocating overseas. I was comfortable in leaving everything in his hands. And was dealt with in a professional manner. Most importantly he made things work and come together for both seller and buyer. Nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate in a heartbeat to recommend Tony de Leeuw.
I interviewed 3 agents from different companies, and Tony impressed me as having the right attitude to help us sell in a challenging market. Tony gave us good advice about how to prepare our property (including what not to do) and the value of staging. He then kept us closely informed during the marketing and auction process. We were very pleased with the service he provided.
I met with a few different agents but choosing to list with Tony was the best decision ever. Tony is very personable and easy to talk to. Better yet, he knows his stuff. Tony's knowledge of the market and his communication was second to none. I don't live close to the property that I was selling but Tony went above and beyond my expectations on a number of occasions. He met tradesmen at the house for me (more than once) and liaised with the home stagers. Nothing was too much trouble for him. On auction day Tony used his negotiating skills and industry knowledge to get the job done and we were very happy with the result. Tony will do what it takes to get the house sold. I have just recommended Tony to a family member and I would have no hesitation in using Tony again. Thanks for everything Tony.
It’s not often in a cut throat business like selling properties you meet someone that is genuinely nice to deal with. He was calm, informative and really quick to respond to any questions.
Tony recently sold my father’s house on behalf of him and the family, and we couldn't have been more pleased with his service. From start to finish, Tony was incredibly thorough in his research and guidance, ensuring we understood each step of the process. His empathy and professionalism made us feel completely at ease during what could have been a stressful time. Tony proved himself to be trustworthy, always providing realistic advice and prioritizing our best interests. His extensive experience gave us a great deal of reassurance, and we felt confident that we were in the best hands. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tony to anyone looking for a real estate agent. He exceeded our expectations in every way.
Our experience with Tony was exceptional. We have bought and sold many houses in our lifetime and he was by far the best Agent we have ever worked with. He kept us very informed, he was proactive with potential issues. He was extremely professional and we felt a huge sense of trust with Tony. We would endeavour to seek him out in the future if we were requiring the service of an Agent.

Tony was highly professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy from the moment I walked into our dream home. Throughout the process of buying the home, I felt supported. I have met many agents prior that seems just to be in this game for themselves. Tony genuinely stood out to me as someone who was there to help guide & support us with the massive decision.
