My dealings with Tony were A1 from beginning to end of our sale process. Tony was 100% on to it with regards to local listings, recent sales, up and coming sales, communicating to his previous people who missed out on recent auctions as well as having a good rapport with other local Realtors. Tony tabled specific requests from our family to his Ray White Team Leader in relation to a general listing and a small marketing package (both requests honouring wishes of my mother who died shortly after meeting Tony - changing sale of mum's farm 'subject to probate'). We were very grateful to Ray White when our specific requests were accepted. All throughout the process, Tony was understanding, patient, accessible and available, excellent communications, very prompt to reply or callback and was tolerant and nice towards me when my attitude would often become very abrupt! Tony would quietly roll with my mood swings and not push his thoughts on the subject hahaha. His professionalism was topped by his caring, empathetic manner - I believe when a person knows and has expertise of the technical side of their profession, having the extra 'human side' makes all the difference to the total experience! Sheryl and I have known Tony since our High School days. Tony is a people's person, he has integrity, diligence, pursuance and is straight up! Which is what we like! He has a great attitude to the job in hand, is detailed and transparent with reporting back. Tony has been great throughout the process of putting our house on the market and bringing it to auction. Often working late, writing responses to the many enquiries our middle tier home generated, nothing was too much trouble. This seems to be Tony's work ethic - nothing is too much trouble. Tony recognised our need to find a house before our moving out date He took us through a suitable place that was available but a bit too expensive .This sat for a while while Tony suggested ways the vendor could move into their dream apartment. He cleverly negotiated with the vendor of this place to secure a figure agreeable to both parties hence we were able to purchase our property. It all worked out for three parties .Without Tony's initiative I don't think we would have three satisfied customers at once. We are sure Tony will go to the top of his profession because he loves the job.
