Not mad, just disappointed.

Our experience working with this agent was, at best, underwhelming. As first home buyers, we had hoped for a degree of patience, understanding, and guidance, but instead often felt we were an inconvenience. From the very beginning, he was condescending and patronising. Interestingly, we’ve since heard very similar feedback from another first home buyer who dealt with the same agent. Overall, the experience left us feeling that a more supportive and professional approach would have made a significant difference. First home buyers steer clear.
