A great help to innocent first home buyers

Tony presented a great little suburban house to us with friendly confidence. Neither gilding the lilly nor hiding the flaws. He was easy to contact and swift to reply or do the needful. While we understood his priority had to be the vendor, he was clearly trying to ensure vendor and buyer came to a mutually beneficial conclusion. For us as first home buyers we really appreciated his patience and professionalism. All the admin, jargon, and paperwork is a new language and culture to first timers and we never felt like we were being steered or exploited - quite the opposite, Tony clearly understood what we wanted in a house and communicated with us accordingly and we really appreciated it.
