Tony was very accommodating with viewings, we went quite a few times in the short time the house was listed. He was very helpful and was quick to get back to us if he didn't know the answer to a questions we had about the property. We never felt rushed when looking through the property. We felt he genuinely wanted to help us find the perfect property for our family.
Tony impressed 1 Tony provided a costed, detailed marketing plan with projected sale price bands more optimistic than other agents approached 2 Tony was thorough with his appraisal and made a number of suggestions that improved saleability. They were not costly but effective. 3 Although the marketing period was short, Tony clearly promoted this sale to a large number of potential buyers resulting in six tenders, four of which exceeded the upper expectation supplied in 1 above. 4 The accepted tender was about 10% higher than my expectation An incredible result.
We were the buyers, and Tony was acting for the vendors. He was easy to work with, and helpful when I had questions about the process. At the end of the day he wasn't acting for us, and his job was to get the vendors the best price possible. Nevertheless, he was easy to work with and we didn't have any problems with him. When we had a question for the vendor he relayed it quickly and got the answer back to us much faster than we expected.
