When asked about the market in Hawkes Bay she was open and provided me with the details I needed to make an accurate estimation of what I was working in. She was patient and professional, I was working on behalf of my father and stepmother who can be problematic to deal with at times. Tony however walked a very professional and empathetic line particularly after a medical event involving my father which myself and the family greatly appreciated. She was understanding, engaging, responsive to my communication in timely and appropriate ways. I would have no problem working with Tony again in the future if that came to pass.
