Exceeded Expectations

Tom immediately demonstrated energy, knowledge and confidence for the job we gave him to do and definitely exceeded our expectations in all areas of the sales and negotiation processes. And it wasn't necessarily an 'easy' property to move either. For the first time in a long time, we felt like we were the client, and Tom was working for us.
