Tom was very good at communicating and keeping me updated on the progress of the sale. This was important as I live in the North Island so it made the sale hassle free. Even with having an offer accepted during COVID lock down this wasn’t an issue and we just worked thru it with ease. From his initial appraisal of the property and his market knowledge he had a good understanding of the value of the property and what result I would be looking at. If I had another property in Dunedin to sell I would have no hesitation in contacting him.

Tom was a great help in what became a challenging property to purchase due to the state of the building and a Covid lock-down thrown in the mix. Tom was always available to arrange access to the property and provide information as circumstances changed. He maintained patience throughout the process which ended up being significantly longer due to the effects of Covid, his time and knowledge was much appreciated.
