We couldn’t recommend Tom any more highly. It was comforting to know we had a friendly and knowledgeable agent looking after us and our home. Tom was always happy to answer any questions or queries we had and support us through our very first house sale. Selling our first home was a daunting thought but Tom managed it perfectly and left us with very little work to do which resulted in a great sale price and amazing campaign.
Tom works extremely hard to provide a great experience for his vendors. He is professional, comprehensive and has great communication. I highly recommend his help to achieve a desired sale.
Tom was an absolute star! he recently sold our place then was straight onto helping us find our next home. He arranged for us to go through a number of properties and assisted us at auction. He had excellent knowledge of the market, his communication is excellent and was always available to answer any questions we had. Nothing was ever a problem. Highly recommend Tom!
Tom has been awesome to work with! From initial chats about what to do to get our property market ready to getting it sold. Tom made the whole process so easy for us, he took care of everything. His communication is excellent, he is always happy to answer any questions. Never thought we would be sold so quickly, can't thank him enough. We would highly recommend Tom to anyone.
Tom provided amazing support and went above and beyond in sharing his ideas for the property, potential value once renovated, best target market etc. He has a great knowledge of the market in Christchurch and provides genuine help. A great asset to any potential purchaser or seller! :)
Tom is the right person to help out if you are looking to sell or buy for that matter. Having Tom in our corner in both of these situations i can honestly say he worked his socks off. Tom is a diligent hard working all rounder and if i had to do it over again, i would stick with Tom, and the amazing team at Harcourts.
Tom did an amazing job with the sell down of 4 houses for us. All four homes were located in one block so the process was extremely important. We needed to think clearly about each one as to not devalue the rest, Tom understood this better than any other agent I have worked with. I had the confidence to leave him on the job while I was overseas and he took care of everything. Not only that, he achieved sale figures well above our expectations. 10 out of 10 !!
We cannot express how grateful we are to have worked with Tom! The most respectful, hardworking and honest person who did everything he could to get the best price for our home. As first time sellers we had many questions and nothing was ever a problem, he guided us every step of the way and we can honestly say we couldn't have done it without him. We would absolutely choose to use Tom again if the need arises. Thank you Tom
Tom came highly recommended by my mortgage advisor, and I could not have had a better team to help me in my first-home-buying journey. Tom answered all my newbie questions with patience and expertise, and was highly responsive and organised in setting up viewings. He made the whole process much less stressful. I also appreciated the input of his team member, Ryan, who attended viewings with me as well and had valuable thoughts to share. I felt I could have honest conversations with Tom and never felt pressured to do anything. He was reassuring when things didn't quite go to plan, and I am thrilled with my new home. Thank you so much Tom and Team Hardy.
We were having a difficult time navigating the home buying process on our own. Tom reached out and really listened to what were looking for and set up viewings right away. Within weeks he found us a house, helped answer all of our questions, eased our anxieties and worries, and walked us through the auction process. We really appreciate all the help and work he put into getting us into our first home!
Tom has nailed it again, we are 3 sales in and counting. The most impressive part is Tom has not only managed to exceed our sales figure expectations but he has been able to do so with absolutely no marketing.
