Nice people. We initially decided to go with another company that had very slick presentation and were very organised but then switched to Harriet, Tom, and Nick as they offered a more competitive deal and were also competent. The sale went smoothly and we got a great result - the proof is in the pudding!
Amazing, positive and extremely professional. Every contact was positive and the outcome was great for all involved.
Harriet & Tom did a great job selling my investment property in Wadestown. They offered great advice and communication was excellent. I particularly appreciated their flexibility and how quickly they responded to our concerns. I'm very pleased with the result and I highly recommend Harriet and Tom.
I have worked with Tom and Harriet on both sides now as a buyer and a seller. Both times they have made the process very easy and have guided me smoothly through the process. Firstly they helped me with the stress of buying my first home and then a few years later selling it. To top it off I spent most of the time overseas so they went above and beyond and were contactable throughout the day, night and weekends. I honestly couldn't recommend better agents to get the job done for you. Thanks again guys!
Tom and his team took on a difficult proposition – but they were warned! This was never going to be a straightforward property to sell, for a number of reasons, and after the initial optimism and enthusiasm weren't yielding immediate results they didn't panic, we all settled in to a period of realism – and got a result. Not quite the price Tom, Nick and Harriet set out to get for us but one we're happy with. The team communicated well and never appeared to lose faith. They liaised well with our tenant. They didn't fill us with false hope, nor try to talk us down too far. Their marketing fees and sales commission were fair and when we didn't sell within their initial agency term they carried on at no extra expense to us. We can recommend Team Tom to do a good honest job, to be pleasant to deal with at all times, and not to give up.
I've dealt with many agents during my journey into buying my first home. Tom was extremely professional and transparent during the whole process and made things stress-free. I would highly recommend Tom and Harriet whether you're looking to buy or sell. Cheers!
Our experience with Tom and the team at Lowe&Co was so easy and better than we could have ever expected. Great communication and support throughout the whole process and we are so grateful. Definitely would recommend and will definitely be using Tom and Lowe&Co team in the future.
Would not use anyone else. Tom and Harriet are amazing, they make the process simple and easy. Always answer the phone to any query I had and always kept me up to date through every stage. Thank you Tom and the team.
Tom and the team were fantastic. They work brilliantly together and each have their own strengths and personalities which makes for a perfect team. Our main ask from them was that the experience be as stress free as possible for us, and they absolutely made it so. Thanks Tom, Harriet and Nick!
Our apartment wasnt a particularly easy sale (a companyshare with lots of obscure legal instruments and heavy involvement from the body corporate). Tom and his team kept there energy up throughout the sale, and where warm and helpful throughout.
Tom knows his real estate market. He is a trusted and reliable agent and works professionally with both vendor and seller to get a positive result. I definitely would use Tom & his team again!
We were very happy with Toms quiet manner, and the way he always provided answers quickly to any queries that we had. Having known Tom for just over (4) years he has always proven to be an honest knowledgable hardworking agent, and we would have no hesitation working with him again on future business.
