Tom and Harriet were professional from the beginning. Very respectful and thoughtful in all meetings and communication. We had many questions for them and they were more than happy to help. The process was daunting at first, but their whole team made the whole process really smooth. Clearly these guys know what they are doing. Keep doing what you are doing. Thanks so much for your efforts once again.
Tom & Harriet went above and beyond to get my house sold and were fantastic every step of the way. They worked tirelessly to get a good result for me as the market was diving. Both Tom and Harriet know the process so well, made every step of the way easy to understand and took the house through to a successful sale. They were constantly available at all times & were kind and positive the whole way through, even though I was struggling with that myself at the end. They are both such lovely, straight up, honest professional people and I am 100% sure I made the perfect choice choosing them!
Well delivered guidance and advise on how to best market, pitch to our buyers and sell our house during a difficult and fluctuating housing market. We got the results we hoped for and were supported and talked through all the steps so we could make informed decisions. I particularly like being given options- so we could consider and work through what was best for us. Both Tom and Harriet were very respectful and really understood what we needed to close this chapter of our life.
Tom and Harriet are stellar agents. They were always available to answer any questions we had about the property and helped guide us through the purchase process calmly and with warmth. We knew they had the sellers backs and that they had ours too.
Tom and Harriet efficiently and cheerfully guided us and the potential buyers through the sale process. Can recommend them.
Tom and Harriet had appraised my place a couple of times before I decided it was time for me to sell, so they knew my property well. I appreciated the prompt communication and felt they had done the most they could to get the best price for me. It was a pleasure working with them.
There was a big gap between the buyer’s offer and vendor’s expectations in the first place. Tom and Harriet handled the case by understanding and patient. Eventually it works. Thanks to Tom and Harriet.
Harriet and Tom made everything so simple. They helped all parties get to where we needed to be. Great communication!
We have brought and sold two houses with Tom and Harriet now and on both occasions we can only describe their service as exceptionally professional and extremely knowledgeable on the market. we have no hesitations in recommending them and they would most certainly be our first call when we need an agent.
Tom and Harriet were approachable, friendly and calm throughout our house-selling experience. They had a clear plan for marketing and listing our house - and it worked. We appreciated the reassurance they gave us when we had last-minute questions. They made an otherwise stressful process completely manageable.
Tom and Harriet are awesome! They gave us great insight into what we could achieve with our property, while giving us the confidence to make some massive changes in our lives. They worked closely with us and their wider community to achieve a rapid turn around on our home sale, which resulted in a fantastic result for us. Thanks Tom and Harriet!!
The sale of a house is never an easy undertaking. Especially when it follows a fairly impulsive purchase of a new home. Tom and his team were quick on the uptake, great communicators and jumped right into our wild ride. We were impressed that Tom and fellow agents provided us just with the right level of involvement and always took our concerns seriously. Tom's friendliness and calm professionalism were a welcome anchor during those stressful times. The team delivered on everything they promised and we are extremely happy with the outcome. We will definitely be selling with them again.
