I am quite time poor and was finding it difficult to view properties with my employment. Tom showed me through a property at 7.30am on a Friday morning (and on his birthday) which in my opinion went Above and Beyond. He was really nice to speak with and not "fake" or "pushy". I felt he took me seriously as a buyer which was refreshing. Tom went out of his way to meet me close to my place of employment so I could make my offer in my very short lunch break. Parking is not great in the CBD and I really appreciated the effort he made. Tom was very informative and explained everything around the Sales/Purchase agreement in great detail. I have always thought highly of Harcourts as a brand and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom as an agent.
