My experience with Tom Chamberlain was very positive and educational. In his role, he provided the essential pre-auction guidance and property viewing service that equipped me to participate confidently in the auction process myself.

It was a pleasure to work with Tom as he helped us sell two houses this year. He did a great job helping us navigate the process of advertising and preparing the houses for sale to suit their quite different markets categories. Any difficulties with legal and Healthy Homes compliance were handled professionally. He was thorough, understanding and patient in his communication during the open-home days. Tom is easy to communicate with. Although he is a very busy person, he will try to accommodate you with your needs and requests however sometimes we need more time with everything like looking or checking at the house that you wanna purchase or informations that you needed as a first home buyer which i believe is a life changing decision.
