When choosing an agent to sell our farm, we wanted an agent who was a true blue Northlander - born and bred! Someone with a history of sales - not just real estate, and someone who we felt would be honest with us, respect our values, and was not just out to get the commission and run! He was great to deal with when we sold our farm of 29 years. He, Grace and the team at Bayleys were supportive and down to earth. Todd was easy to talk to, listened to us, and respected our points of view. A problem solver - Todd presented us with lots of options, kept us up to date and in the loop.
