Todd and Josh worked extremely hard to get our house sold within 3 weeks of being on the market. We appreciated the hard mahi they put into having multiple open homes during the weekends, and after hours open homes during the week plus a couple by appointment visits as well. They worked hard to generate interest and invite buyers to the auction which resulted in one interested party buying the house. We were impressed with the time effort and energy they put into selling our place and the clear communication which kept us fully informed every step of the way.
