Outstanding communication from start to sold - even from a die-hard Liverpool fan!

Todd was our primary agent for selling 15 San Marino Drive, with Josh backing him up brilliantly on admin and open homes, and together they made what could have been a stressful sale genuinely smooth. From day one Todd kept us in the loop constantly, whether it was auction day updates, walking us through what a pre-auction offer actually meant, or explaining the ins and outs of multi-offer situations so we always knew exactly where we stood. When the market went quiet and open home numbers dropped, he was upfront about it and talked us through pricing strategy rather than just leaving us guessing. What really stood out was his negotiation - he pushed buyers up in stages more than once, kept competing parties honest by letting them know when they were in a multi-offer situation, and stayed patient through a fallen-through auction and a buyer who pulled out, right up until we finally went unconditional. He was also great at helping us line up our settlement timing with our parents’ own purchase, which took real juggling on his part.
