Todd has a very personable manner that enabled us to feel free to ask questions and pass judgment on properties as novices when looking into a new area out of town. Todd was excellent throughout the whole process. His regular updates gave us a good indication of how the campaign was going. The weekly meetings where we went through buyer feedback were particularly insightful. It also highlighted how much work Todd was putting in trying to contact people and generate interest in the property. He also didn’t come across like a typical real estate agent who simply wanted to sell so they could get their commission. Instead, he seemed to genuinely want whatever was best for us, even if that meant not selling.
