Todd and Josh worked extremely hard to get our house sold within 3 weeks of being on the market. We appreciated the hard mahi they put into having multiple open homes during the weekends, and after hours open homes during the week plus a couple by appointment visits as well. Todd and Josh have been very pleasant to deal with from the outset. Both are professionals with clear and concise communication every step of the way, keeping us updated. As we are Wellington based, Todd and Josh were our go to people from arranging inspections, collecting keys, liaising with tenants and managing the sale process.
