We selected Todd on two counts. Firstly he was recommended by fellow residents, and secondly by experience. Todd has previously sold about a dozen of the apartments in the Palms complex over the years, all with great outcomes. Todd went above and beyond by being a proactive agent in assisting us by providing access for some tradies to do minor repairs since we were already outside the region. He communicated with us frequently and updated us on progress as it was all moving very fast! Settlement was supposed to happen on 20/08/2021, but due to lockdown it has been pushed out and Todd has kept in touch and is still keeping in touch by updating us on any further developments.
