Toby helped us to complete our property purchasing process smoothly. He provided us with sufficient information about the property and supported us in negotiating with the vendors to get a reasonable price. Good things to note about Toby: He responded to text message quickly Obviously our experience with Harvey's could have been better. It was escalated to Darren which shouldn't have gone that far, if our concerns were managed correct but we felt the vendors agent lacked in this. Simple questions we asked by us weren't managed properly i.e Text message exchanges between us and vendor raised concerns on the level of service you provide, asking for vendor agent to follow up with the previous owner a simple questions. His response was 'he will try'. This is not the type of responses or level of services we want to hear knowing true and well they receive a commission for a sale purchase. Agents are there to provide excellent service and overall, we felt that we were let down by the whole experience. Thank you Darran for taking our concerns seriously and tried to get to a resolution.
