From Day One Tira was very friendly and put us at ease, with regard to selling our property. She was very professional at all times and handled our Open Homes to a very high standard. From the time I went to L J Hookers Masterton, I have been given outstanding advice on everything from her initial, appraisal to sale. I knew it was time for me to change the style of a village that I needed to go to and my daughter and I were fortunate enough to get a villa at Masonic Villas Masterton. Of course this meant downsizing, everything. After a few lectures on what decluttering meant I was away. If wasnt nailed down it was donated. Tira not only listed the property and got it out there on every site possible and it was a matter of waiting, Tira came and assisted on getting it right for the first open home but helped physicaly get it to that stage. I become a first class florist until the wind blew hundreds of beautiful bright red dahlias over and my flower source was taken away. I still managed to become quite thinking outside the square table decorator. Tira always commented on the way I had presented the house for viewing. David McHattie also helped with advice when things got abit slow when the banks changed interest rates etc. Both Tira and David always reassured me that it was going to work.
