Ting was exceptional, she made the process we had been struggling with for months smooth and easy. Within the first day of being in contact with Ting she had provided us with a dozen properties that fit our rather specific requirements for us to look at. The few that we shown an interest in she was able to organize a viewing for us the next day and without the hassle of the crowds of an open home. She reviewed all of the documentation for us and gave us detailed summaries of the pros and cons of each home. Gave us an estimated price for certain repairs and expected costs we may incur in the near future. When we had decided on a home she processed everything on her end of the agreement very quickly and was always willing to call us or meet us at the property when we required additional information.
