The agent ONLY cared about the outcome for the vendor. My needs was not at all respected, and I explain: I was pushed and bothered into submitting an offer as it only mattered for the vendor and my opportunity to make good decisions didn't matter. When the offer was done it was silent for days until I got haunted to make a decision ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON WHILE AT MY DAUGHTER'S WEDDING! Very unprofessional. Furthermore, I cannot say that it was the agent Tina, but I got the call from her boss Ben about negotiating my offer, and analysing it in retrospect, I realized and it made sense that it was all lies, just to get more money for the vendor. As said in description not a pleasant experience at all I and will avoid supporting Hardcourts ever again.
