Tina did the impossible. Our home was listed with other agents previously, but we removed it from the market when it became clear we were not going to achieve the price we wanted. Tina then approached us and asked for the opportunity to try and sell the property. We agreed - there was no upfront cost, no marketing budget requirement so nothing to lose, but given the previous attempt to sell, we weren't overly optimistic. Within 2 weeks, Tina had 3 offers on the table and 2 weeks later we went unconditional with an offer which we hadn’t thought possible. Clearly Tina gets the job done, but as well as that, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I can't speak highly enough her enthusiasm, drive, attitude and professionalism. As a buyer it's easy to be skeptical of agents - in my case I was selling and buying (bridging loan required) in the same market so I had very specific requirements. In came Tina Lum... She heard my case and she went out to fight for me (something you don't expect as a buyer). She negotiated a deal amid a multiple offer process. Her communication was excellent, she added a sense of professionalism, urgency and transparency that left me a happy new home owner in a great property within 2 weeks of my previous property going unconditional. Tina and The Property Agency were recommended and this was the first time we had engaged either of them. We had the most difficult sale and settlement we've encountered to date and at one point had considered pulling out of the agreement. We were also travelling around the the country often with intermittent cell phone coverage which added to the already stressful situation. Tina was excessively patient and professional with the challenging negotiations and requests that were coming our way, right up until settlement date. She took every opportunity to take the stress out of it for us and constantly kept in touch despite on occasion having to wait for us to drive to a location with signal. Tina sold a house for us a year ago so we had no hesitation in contacting her again to help us sell our rental property. It was the worst time of the year to list it (just before Christmas) and was also based on the tenants vacating. Tina was so quick to respond and organise everything and get us listed as fast as possible. When a buyer decided to view the flat on Christmas Eve, she didn't delay!
