I dont have a lot of time for real estate agents because of past experiences but it was easy to work with Nick and Tina and I would use them again if we decide to sell. Our initial valuation range was the reason we decided to list with Nick and Tina but that valuation range was quite a lot higher than our actual sale price, ultimately selling at 6% below the valuation low. I was a first home buyer which is scary enough but add in the pressures of eqc and insurance etc etc.... TBH I think I've had one of the less stressful house purchases!
