Great result in tricky market conditions, given uncertainty what is going to happen in NZ in 2027,

Pleasant to deal with, thoughtful advice on staging and presentation. Nothing was too much of a problem - so much so that Laura kept the Tui feeder filled while we were away for several days, on several occasions. The team was efficient, fun, astute and thoughtful. Couldn’t really ask for much more to be honest. All round a pleasure to deal with in a market that was rocky. The result was bang on Tina’s predicted range, from some months earlier. Richard did a Sterling job on Auction Day, despite being a Palace supporter. The result he achieved was significant given the actual real interest on the day. Very well done Team Tina.
