He was very responsive from the very first day, and it was easy to arrange a property viewing at a time that suited me. Sherry answered all of my questions, and on the occasions when he didn’t have the answer immediately, he did his best to find the information and get back to me as soon as possible. I was also very happy with the negotiation process. He worked to negotiate fairly between me and the vendors to help secure a deal. Sherry was easily approachable, highly professional and respectful.
