Tina Cross is first and foremost a lovely lady to deal with, I have bought and sold with her, so I didn’t hesitate engaging her with my recent marketing and sale. Marina was great too she helped host some of my open homes 🌞. The auction package that Harcourts provides is great value, the auctioneer Shane and the sales manager Nigel calmed any fears and nerves on the day. I felt protected and looked after by the whole team. Thank you Tina I can now move forward into our bright new future. My appreciation goes to all of the team @Harcourts Mount Maunganui ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We couldn't be happier with the exceptional service provided by Tina Cross throughout the process of selling our house. Her professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident from our very first meeting. She guided us through every step of the process, providing valuable insights and ensuring that our needs were met every step of the way. Tina demonstrated a deep understanding of the market and worked tirelessly to secure the best possible outcome for us. Her communication was excellent, always keeping us informed and updated. We highly recommend Tina to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable land agent. Thank you for making the selling process smooth and stress-free!
We had originally met Tina about a year previous to selling. We liked her happy personality and decided that when we put our house on the market we would ask Tina to be our agent. We were not disappointed. Tina was extremely easy to work with. She showed absolute dedication and professionalism throughout a very difficult prolonged sale. She was always pleasant, kept us extremely well informed on what was happening with the purchasers. Her communication between, buyer, seller and both solicitors was outstanding. Tina has a sound knowledge of the Real Estate industry. We would thoroughly recommend Tina to anyone wanting a Real Estate Agent who is dedicated, and a very pleasant person to work with possessing the above qualities. You will not be disappointed Thank you Tina
I highly recommend Tina. I found her market knowledge excellent. Tina is professional but very relatable and has a friendly approach.
Tina is a lovely, down to earth, Proffesional and hard working agent. I am in Australia and she made selling my house in NZ so easy. Would highly recommend her!
We bought our house through Tina and she has unbelievable throughout the whole process. From the very beginning she kept us well informed, giving us insight on the purchase process and also going above and beyond to communicate between us and the vendor. Her professionalism and empathy of toward both parties was clear. We enjoyed great conversations and her optimistic spirit and would highly recommend her for anyone buying or selling.
Tina has handled the sale of our property very professionally and kept us up to date with Open home results etc. She has really gone above and beyond to look after us while we waited for our home to be sold. We have the upmost faith in her and would certainly recommend her to our friends to handle their property sales.
Tina started off being overly friendly and presenting as a competent agent but this deteriorated after signing the sale agreement. Constant phone calls, text messages and emails from her throughout the process of selling my property, even during my working hours and busy evenings, caused me to ask her several times to refrain from contacting me, as she was causing me undue stress. Some examples of wasting my time: On one occasion she phoned me to tell me there were issues with the building inspection but she did not know what the issues were. She was insistant I make a decision, there and then, as to whether I would fix any issues or deduct from the sale price. I advised I wanted to know what those issues were before I made a decision but I felt she was bullying me and hung up. Another time she called me outside NZ business hours, from Australia where she was on holiday, saying she had received notice from the purchasers' lawyer requiring an extension for finance and wanted me to make a decision before I had received my notice or had a chance to talk to my lawyer. Again I felt she was bullying me. I told her I needed to discuss it with my lawyer and I had to end the call abruptly. The communications kept happening even after I talked to Nigel Martin, the Harcourts owner. Other issues: Tina asked for keys to be handed over to keep in her office weeks prior to the day of settlement. I need the keys as I still have tenants and have to move my belongings. She wanted an ICP number which is provided by the power company. She wanted a final inspection arranged prior to me vacating the property. In my 4 prior experiences of selling property the keys are handed over on the settlement day and final inspection is done just before the settlement when the property is empty. I have had to seek guidance from my lawyer about these issues. A competent agent would have listened to me and been considerate, competent and maintained professionalism.
