Tim has been a great person to work with. He was very professional and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. Tim was absolutely honest about everything the house had to offer — the good, the bad, and everything in between. He even travelled 60 km while the negotiations were going on! This says a lot about the effort he puts in, especially if you are considering listing your property with Tim. He worked incredibly hard for the seller to close the deal and went the extra mile to make sure all the nuances of the negotiations were handled exactly as we wanted.
