Tim and Shelly are very knowledgeable about the local area and trends of the real estate market. They are always available at short notice. During a fence dispute, they did a stellar job getting an agreement signed between the parties allowing the auction to proceed. Tim even donated some of his personal ferns to dress up the front and back decks of our house during the open homes. This was really great at sprucing up the view, especially for the photos. During a particularly tough time in the housing market, Tim and Shelly did a great job marketing and following up on leads, which resulting in a sale that everyone was happy with.
