We've never seen a sales effort quite like it

It's quite cliche to say Tim went over and above, but in this case he's broken the mould. From start to finish, Tim was outstanding. - He presented an excellent set of comparable sales and indicative valuation. He also walked us through the sales and marketing campaign and didn't push us into unnecessary marketing spends (I find that other agents do). - He advised us on all of the things we needed prepare (building reports etc) and how to go about resolving minor issues as they arose. - Not only did he give great advice in getting the property presentable - he even popped around with his water-blaster to help one weekend! - Tim kept us incredibly well informed during the campaign - instant reports after every open home, and weekly activity reports. - Auction process was seamless - both of us were very relaxed about auction day given how well he had prepared us for it. There were quite a lot of bidders on the day, and I felt we got an excellent result for the property. I couldn't recommend Tim highly enough.
