Tim's friendly manner and positivity was a great help in guiding us through the selling of our home. Tall Poppies marketing campaign was very successful, getting a lot of online views and enquiries. We were very fortunate to receive a good offer at our first open home which we accepted. Tim's professional knowledge of houses and marketing is impressive and we can recommend him to anyone looking for a successful real estate agent.

Tim has been wonderful to deal with throughout the sale of my Mothers home, and additionally the purchase of the property we have bought together. Tim is a wealth experience not only as a real estate agent, but with many other property and related industries, which made our tricky purchase, involving an unconsented conservatory on a cross lease section, so much simpler and easier to be able manage. Without his experience and help I believe I would not have gone ahead with the purchase of the property we are moving into this weekend! I cannot recommend Tim, Pippa, Anj and Tall Poppy Beckenham enough and will definitely use them again in the future.

Tim was outstanding from start to finish. An honest and upfront agent that did an outstanding job selling our property. It Tim is not your agent then you settled for second best.

Tim was mostly available for questions, but sometimes didn't answer or forgot. Tim during signing the 'Safe Trading' documents told me 'Don't over think it, just sign it', which is the worst dodgy advice anyone can give you. While we are discussing that, Tall Poppy require you to sign (required if you want to put in a formal legal offer) that "The salesperson and their associates seemed well-informed, helpful, fair and candid" (even if you don't think so) and there is another clause saying "transaction voluntarily and without duress", but you have been put under duress to sign that document if you want to put in a legal offer. Not happy Tim tried to reduce the pre-settlement inspection from our legally entitled test of chattels to just a 15min 'look thru'. Our lawyer was lost for words. Overall I would not recommend Tall Poppy. P.S. The lock box is still waiting in the letterbox for pickup after nearly 3 weeks.

We were really impressed with Tim’s level of communication throughout the process of selling our home. He was able to clearly outline the process and provided us with up to date knowledge of the market to help set our expectations. Tim’s approach gave us peace of mind and we had trust and confidence with his ability to do his job well. Tim achieved a great result for us and we would happily recommend him.
