We could tell that he was working to get the best value for the vendor (with the house we were buying) but did it in an authentic and caring way with us as the buyer. We wanted the same when selling our home. He has been willing to take calls and help any time, provided us great advice, and at the end of the day sold our home for a price we were very happy with. Tim did not try and oversell us on price expectations which agents are known for. It was only through Tim's commitment and persistence to following up with the questions I had that I was able to make the home purchase, one that I am very happy with. I have no doubt that with any other realtor, this likely would not have come into fruition. Tim and Ruth both stayed with me through the process, helping me along the way.
