A hard worker

We were very happy with the effort Tim put in to sell our rental property. It did not sell by its December deadline which was a reflection of the current state of the market. Christmas intervened, but in the New Year Tim got right back onto it and soon had three offers to present to us, one of which we accepted. We would recommend Tim to any property vendor!
