Tim helped the reviewer sell this property

Tim gets us & worked well with us and prospective purchasers

We've worked with Tim on numerous occasions over the years buying and now selling. Tim has an extensive and hard earned knowledge of the local market which is invaluable. He works very hard to find a suitable purchaser. As an agent he builds individual relationships with both purchaser and vendor to secure a mutually beneficial agreement where all parties are happy. Throughout all stages of our interactions Tim kept us fully updated, he was always open to our input, we felt confident with Tim's knowledge and professionalism and enjoy working with Tim.
