Tim was very much hands on throughout the selling process. From helping prep the house, the gardens and the 20 acres of farm land for sale, he was there with his own equipment to get this property in good shape. As a rural man himself he gets the local market and knew what they were looking for and how to talk to them to achieve a great price.
