Although he was acting on behalf of the vendors, he was there for us as the purchasers 100% all the way from our first viewing of the property right up till even when we had moved into our new home!!! We had people telling us "agents aren't your friends" "they act for the vendors" "be careful you can't trust them"...well Tim was the opposite to these comments! Yes, he was working on behalf of the vendors but he was behind us every step of the way and yes, we could trust him and yes, it felt comfortable talking with him like he was a friend and yes, he was extremely helpful, extremely patient and extremely trusting and honest and we would highly recommend him as best agent ever not only if you're selling but if you're lucky enough to come across Tim if you're the purchaser well, your journey is going to be made alot easier having Tim there.
