Tiara Creswell

I first met Tiara Creswell when she was distributing food parcels on behalf of Barfoot & Thompson, to those affected by the tornado in Papatoetoe. I was one of those whose house was damaged. I mentioned that I would be interested in selling and we agreed to meet at a later date. Having not sold a house for many years I was unsure of the process but having talked with Tiara I knew that I was in good hands. She explained the process fully and the strategies necessary to get a positive result. Sheadvised me to go to auction and described the process in detail. She held several open homes and fed back to me the success of these. She also showed me several properties that may have been of interest. I have however decided to join my family in Kerikeri. Nothing was too much trouble for Tiara. She showed patience, and support of me as having limited mobility I found viewing properties quite difficult. The house sold at auction, with an incredible result and I am forever grateful for Tiara’s expertise and professionalism in achieving this result.
